Svabhava Career Coaching™ was born from Mehak Siwach’s deep-rooted desire to redefine how individuals approach career decisions. Having observed the burden of uninformed choices, first growing up and later as a corporate professional, she recognized the critical gap in structured, personalized support. The name Svabhava, meaning "true nature" in Sanskrit, reflects her philosophy: self-awareness is the foundation of every meaningful academic and professional decision.
At its core, Svabhava Career Coaching™ responds to the noise, pressure, and uncertainty surrounding career journeys. What makes the platform unique is its personalized, globally benchmarked, and culturally relevant coaching. Under Mehak’s leadership as an internationally certified career coach (UCLA) and MBA (Christ University), the model blends psychometric assessments, structured guidance, and one-on-one mentorship. Each roadmap is tailored around personality, strengths, and aspirations.
Svabhava serves two main groups: students (Grades 8–12) from Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities, and early-career professionals (0–8 years). For students, Svabhava offers clarity in subject selection, exam strategies, and career planning in collaboration with schools. For professionals, especially in tech, it provides career transitions, resume makeovers, and strategic mentoring — drawing on Mehak’s experience as a senior career coach at Scaler.
